The Food
We believe fresh is best and prepare all our food in house, daily. We specialise in seasonal, healthy, colourful, and most importantly flavour packed salads which are the focus of our deli style lunch counter and which provide the perfect accompaniment to our hot and cold lunch specialities.
Our cooked to order breakfasts are a must try from 9am until 10.30am weekdays – a little later on Saturdays. Our deli counter is available throughout the day with our hot plat du jour served from midday. At Mes Amis cake is always a focal point, with a stunning, extensive and tempting variety to make mouths water.
Drinks
In line with Mes Amis food, we offer top quality teas & coffees. We are very proud of our unique Mes Amis coffee blend, tailor made for us by Wogan Coffee, and for the tea drinkers we offer Prince & Sons teas which we believe are second to none. We have a carefully selected range of wines, including organice & bio dynamic wines. To complement our style of food we offer easy drinking white, red and rosé wine by the bottle or glass together with a selection of fine soft drinks.
Gifts & Homewares
Whilst enjoying your lunch, breakfast or an afternoon treat you can peruse our shelves of carefully selected gifts, cards for all occasions & tempting homewares. We stock elegant local pottery, Fairtrade and ethically sourced homeware ranges from Nkuku and Dassie. Our gifts are all from independent and British retailers such as Plum & Ashby, Katie Leamon, St Eval and Bramleys.
